Water world - H2O for life

Today I wanted to take pictures of water that had been wasted, because that's the theme of the upcoming exhibition at Ça décoiffe. I found several discarded plastic bottles, clear evidence of our obsession with bottled water. I also expanded on the theme and photographed reflections in puddles, a water fountain and a drain pipe.

I started my walk along the CP railway tracks that form the northern boundary of Mile End in Montreal. I walked right past a CP guard seated in his car. I was relieved he didn't give me a ticket for trespassing. I continued under the Rosemont-Van Horne viaduct and into the residential area just east of St. Denis Street.

The two photographs here are reflections in puddles on Marmier Street and in the parking lot behind a city bus depot.
