If you've been following this blog for a while, you know I've been participating in a monthly group photography show for a couple of years. The shows are at Ça décoiffe, a barber shop on Papineau Avenue in Montreal. There's always a theme for each show and the theme is chosen by barber and photographer Daniel Haché.

This month's theme is the most straightforward Daniel has ever proposed. Each person in the group simply had to take a picture at exactly 5:10 PM on Saturday, December 11, 2010.

As simple as the theme was, it still provided a challenge for me - I was on the phone at that precise moment! The solution was close at hand, though. Once I finished talking, I pressed call history and took a picture of the details of the call. I'll be interested to see what everyone else was doing at that time.

The opening of this month's show is on December 21, 2010 at 9:00 PM, the night of the full moon. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Ça décoiffe is located at 4526 Papineau Avenue, just above Mont Royal Avenue.

The show will be on view during regular business hours at Ça decoiffe from December 23, 2010 to January 17, 2011: Monday (9:00-6:00), Thursday (9:00-6:00), Friday (12:00-8:00), Saturday (9:00-4:00) and Sunday (10:00-5:00).
