New York - Slices of the Big Apple

I'm often in New York to visit family and friends. It's where I first used my digital camera, a Canon EOS 30D. The photos in this series are from a visit in January 2007.

While I was in Manhattan I spent time on the Upper West Side and I walked through Central Park. I also observed new buildings that had gone up in Chelsea and at Columbus Circle and I attended a performance of the New York City Ballet. 

In Brooklyn I walked along Atlantic Avenue and I visited the Brooklyn Botanic Garden for the first time.
