Rosemont-Van Horne viaduct - Graffiti

The urban landscape can change over a night ... or over a weekend!

On September 11 and 12, 2010 the Plateau Mont-Royal borough in Montreal invited graffiti artists Fluke, Monk.e, Stare, Zeck, Zema and Frank Lam to create murals on three pillars that support the Rosemont-Van Horne viaduct. I walked by five days later and couldn't resist taking pictures of the freshly-painted pillars.

I photographed the Rosemont-Van Horne viaduct last year, too. You can see my earlier post here

If you want to know more about the graffiti scene in Montreal, there are a couple of sites you can follow: Montreal Graffiti, Crazy Apes Crew and Café Graffiti.
