Federal election 2011 - Outremont

The federal election campaign in Canada is heading into the home stretch. Advance polls are April 22, 23 and 25. Election day is May 2. Election procedures are available at Elections Canada.

I live in the Outremont riding. I wandered through my neighborhood yesterday and photographed posters of the four main candidates: Élise Daoust (top photo - Bloc Québécois), Thomas Mulcair (bottom photo - NDP), Martin Cauchon (Liberal) and Rodolphe Husny (Conservative). Thomas Mulcair is the incumbent. Élise Daoust seemed to have the most posters in the neighborhood. Let's see how people vote.
